The Nightmare Before Christmas, Christmas Town Advent Calendar by Insight Editions! 
We have another advent calendar for you! This one is from Insight Editions and is based on one of Disney’s most popular franchises: The Nightmare Before Christmas! As with the other Insight Editions advent calendars that we’ve covered, this one is book style and opens flat.
TOP TIP: The calendar is definitely shareable but deciding how to share may lead to heated debates over who gets what, so go ahead and get one for each Nightmare Before Christmas lover on your list!
The Insight Editions Nightmare Before Christmas advent calendar contains 25 numbered windows, which are actually envelopes of varying shapes and sizes. Each window envelope has a Nightmare Before Christmas character or a Nightmare Before Christmas-inspired winter motif. There’s just something so cheery about The Nightmare Before Christmas, especially at Christmas time. Of course, I’m the one who buys the black Christmas
Each window contains a Nightmare Before Christmas-themed surprise, from badges to key chains to stationery items. There are some mini books, as well, including a tiny coloring book. You’ll need some coloring pencils for that one. Every item in the calendar is useful and collectible and, even, giftable.
TOP TIP: Some of the items in the windows are small and/or clingy. I found it easier for those items to turn the book upside down and let gravity pull the items out.

The Insight Editions Nightmare Before Christmas Advent Calendar is marked for ages 3+. The book itself is made of sturdy card, but some of the treats in the windows could easily be damaged by fumbling fingers. It’s about 14.25” x 10” x 0.75” so it’s a little too large for a standard backpack but is otherwise easily packable for travel.
