A word about the Cheese Brothers. They are a Wisconsin-based cheese-making family, who’ve been cheese mongering for over a hundred years. The founder, Eric Ludy, was a cheese maker from Switzerland who brought Swiss cheese making techniques with him when he moved to Wisconsin and started his cheese factory in 1919. Today’s Cheese Brothers are the great grandchildren of Eric Ludy, carrying on his cheesemaking tradition and earning their Wisconsin Cheese badge by making excellent cheeses to satisfy every palate.

We will tell you that the spicy cheeses aren’t overwhelming. They’re flavorful and have heat, but they won’t burn your tastebuds. Balance is key with spice, and the Cheese Brothers got it just right.
