First, chicken cutlets. I will never make them as thin as my mother-in-law (my hubby’s choice of cutlet), or as thick (my choice!) and delicious as my mom’s. But I give it my best shot!
No one is suffering from malnutrition in my house, so I guess I am doing well enough in the kitchen! I served this with stuffing:
Oops! Where is the stuffing you ask, well, it seems I was behind schedule so my hubby grabbed everything before any photo could be taken! You can request a picture, but it is only two tablespoons worth left in the fridge! It is so easy in this ceramiclad non stick sauce pan!
Now it was my turn. I used the pan for my famous homemade Chinese food. Delicious, and easy to make in my new stainless steel saucier! And cleanup was easy!
Lastly, to showcase my brilliant cooking skills, I present to you my one saucepan chicken soup. I used to make this 20 galloons at a time, but our son moved out and I have no storage in the freezer for the extra. It was so easy and delicious!
This is the basic recipe that the soup is made from, of course I had to adjust the amounts of the various ingredients, suffice it to say, this has been handed down from Grandma Sophie (GiGi to her great grandkids), to my mom (my nieces and nephews love her soup! I preferred my grandma’s!), and then to me. It is one of the two things my son says I can actually cook well!

That looks like really nice cookware (and the meals look delicious too!)
Ooh! I bought my parents ceramicized cookware and have kicked myself for not getting a set for myself. I like that there’s a steel rim at the top so the ceramic doesn’t get damaged by utensils and lids!
Made In Cookware is beautiful and perfect for cooking delicious food. nytimes crossword
