Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire! Own it June 25th!
The first Ghostbusters in this new generation of films was terrific. I have been a fan of Mckenna Grace since I first saw her in the movie Gifted, and the young kids stole the movie the first time around! In this second updated version from the Ghostbusters franchise, this may be the end of everything, so all generations of ghostbusters are called to action. I loved nostalgia angle with most of the original characters. Coupled with the new generation of ghostbusters and a well-done updated story, this film is a must see, a great addition to your home collection of Ghostbusters movies!
Paul Rudd and Carrie Coon are a good couple, and offer more support than the first film, but my favorites are the kids. They all live in the original Ghostbusters fire house and are trying their best to keep the city safe! This was a very smart way to bring in the youngest generations to this updated iteration of the continuing saga of ghost catching in NYC! And Kumail adds some great humor to the movie.
In Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, the Spengler family returns to where it all started – the iconic New York City firehouse – to team up with the original Ghostbusters, who’ve developed a top-secret research lab. But when the discovery of an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force, Ghostbusters new and old must join forces to protect their home and save the world from a second Ice Age.
