Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in Dolby Cinema!
One of the most highly anticipated movies is finally here. The first Black Panther movie was a cultural phenomenon, and this new film continues the fantastic story and will engage audiences for years to come. I had the chance to preview the movie and I was blown away.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the movie did not disappoint. It was amazing!
A grand spectacle made even more entertaining, the Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos impact what you are viewing all throughout the movie experience! It’s fantastic times 10!

In Marvel Studios’ “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and the Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba), fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. Queen Ramonda, Shuri, M’Baku, Okoye and the Dora Milaje fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. When Namor, king of a hidden undersea nation, alerts them to a global threat and his disturbing plan to thwart it, the Wakandans band together. As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda. “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” directed by Ryan Coogler and produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore, opens in U.S. theaters Nov. 11, 2022.
Homage was paid to Chadwick Boseman more than once, and it was heart wrenching. The world lost a beautiful human being and at the same time, as shown in the movie, Wakanda lost a great King. Queen Ramonda steps in to rule the land, and this time we see even more of the strength of the women of Wakanda, from Shuri to Okoye, to Nakia.

The new battle is with Namor, King of an underground realm. The underground kingdom is a marvel (no pun intended), the battle scenes are spectacular, and the story does not disappoint. I was on the edge of my set for over two hours and was blown away for almost the entirety of the movie.
Lastly, this film introduces Michaela Coel to the Marvel Universe. I first saw her in a silly British comedy called “Chewing Gum,” and then a series called “The Aliens.” She became internationally famous a few years ago when she wrote and starred in “I May Destroy You.” She plays a gay Wakandan warrior, and she is a spectacular addition to the Dora Milaje!
Do not forget, this is a Marvel movie, don’t leave before the Easter Egg, this one is as incredible as they always are! Stay away from the spoilers on the Internet!

And yes, I met Ramonda, Queen of Wakanda, brilliantly played by Angela Bassett:
Disclosure: I was invited to opening night to see the movie in Dolby Cinema. Due to a family emergency I had to cancel, so am promoting the Dolby experience as a courtesy, it enhances every movie! I attended an earlier preview through Disney, yes, I had planned to see the movie twice in one week, and will still go back for more!
Wow! Congratulations!! – Angie, http://www.yourtrueselfblog.com
