DreamWorks Animation’s newest animated feature, Spirit Untamed is being released by Universal exclusively in theaters on June 4th. Spirit Untamed is not only a sequel coming 19 years after the release of the original Oscar-nominated film Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, it’s also based on the hugely popular TV series Spirit Riding Free, which premiered on Netflix in 2017.
