Perdue Chicken From Perdue Farms in this sponsored post on behalf of Perdue Farms.
Direct from the freezer to my son’s plate, in less than 15 minutes. Dino Nugget Parmigiana! Watch the transformation!
My son grew up eating chicken nuggets from Perdue. Now that he is 16 1/2, I try to be creative when I cook for him. He still loves to eat chicken nuggets, in all forms, but he also thinks he is a young adult with a more adult palate. I have been wanting to share my genius recipe with you for awhile now, and finally the secret is out!
Dino Nugget Parmigiana from Perdue Chicken, by way of Perdue Farms!
It may seem simple and logical, and it is. Three easy steps! And my son loves it!
1. Defrost nuggets in microwave.
2. Place on stove top in non-stick pan and place mozzarella on top with some tomato sauce, I ran out of home made form the weekend, so I used jarred sauce from the store, both work!
3. Heat until cheese is melted, and serve!
He loved it and ate the whole plate. Of course I had to take a candid shot, and had to promise not to post on social media where his friends could see!
I took a dish from his childhood and turned it into something better suited for his maturing palate! He is over six foot, so his portion size may be different then yours, adjust accordingly!

Okay I am obsessed! We eat a lot of “kid food” around here. Truth be told, I love it all. But this is a fun way to test out a new recipe in a way my kids will find safe.
