Does your car have a wireless car charger? If it doesn’t, it should! When we go on road trips, by the end of our journey, we are all fighting to charge our phones from the car outlets! Especially when one of us is navigating with a travel app like Waze, these use quite a lot of battery power.
Hooking up the self-gripping (with arms that open and close automatically to hold your phone!) system in your car is a breeze. You then plug in a wire to the outlet that used to be a cigarette lighter, and viola, the phone charges when attached to the hands free car mount! It is all so easy, and now there is no more fighting over charging phones in the car, we have a USB port for them to fight over while I try to get us to our destination on time!
Note – you must have a Qi enabled smartphone to use the AutoGrip for wireless charging. My son and I both have the iPhone Xr, so we are enabled. My poor spouse with his iPhone 6 has to bring a portable battery!
