This is the seventh year that Dove Men+Care has been the title sponsor at the Dad 2.0 Summit conference, and they are a huge help to the dad community and this way, and many others.
Firstly, they sponsor a full barber shop at the conference where us dads can get pampered! It is fabulous! I grew my hair long purposely to have one of the artisan barbers in San Antonio make me look even more beautiful!

Less than 1 in 5 men in the U.S. are offered any paid paternity leave, and most dads who do have it don’t believe they can take their full time off to care for a newborn. Research shows that when men have the opportunity to care for their children, everyone benefits: from communities and workplaces to the parents’ relationship. To overcome these barriers and make paid family leave for fathers more common, in 2019 we’ve launched the Pledge for Paternity Leave and Paternity Leave Fund.

And as if that wasn’t enough, Dove Men_Care is doing even more: they have started a Paternity Leave Fund for new dads to get some financial assistance: The Paternity Leave Fund is a $1 million commitment to make paid paternity leave the new standard and support real dads who aren’t able to take meaningful time off during this important life moment. I used to use any brand of soap until I used my wife’s Dove :p
