I have wanted a pressure cooker for the longest time. Everyone has been writing about them for the past couple of years, and I could not justify the price, or find the space for one. I already have a crock pot and my counter space is limited.

One plus one equals ribs in the pressure cooker! Some other time I will use seasonings, for now, I am constantly trying to recreate the taste of Chinese spare ribs, so I just add some char sui sauce and water, and cook!
