I was just treated to dinner at Boston Market and the main course was their new rotisserie Prime Rib! It was elegant, it was fabulous, and it was delicious! This new addition to their menu is just $15.99 and my family will be joining me next time! I enjoyed a USDA Choice Prime Rib, slow-spun in the brand’s famous rotisserie ovens for over an hour:
The way they cook it makes my mouth water! One hour on the rotisserie, and then two hours for the meat and juices to settle.
The dinner comes with two sides, fresh-baked cornbread, horseradish cream sauce, and au jus. It is always difficult to pick only two sides, and luckily at this dinner I did not have to, because I love mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, and had to try the most delicious broccoli dish I ever tasted, with bacon vinaigrette. And a quarter piece of rotisserie chicken to round out the plate (and my stomach!).
My son insists that I take him to Boston Market as soon as possible, he just discovered horseradish as a topping for steak (he had it last week at my birthday dinner!) and wants to have it at Boston Market right away! He inherited my love of food! I told him to pick a day, the new rotisserie Prime Rib will be available at Boston Market on Sunday and Wednesday evenings starting at 5pm. And yes, this delicious dinner will be his incentive for getting his homework done!
We have been enjoying dinners at Boston Market for years! The food is always ready for us and I know I am getting fresh, never frozen chicken, all natural turkey and their new prime rib in their signature rotisserie ovens. And yes I have stared at those rotisseries for a few minutes watching their delicious meats rotate and turn into my wonderful dinner! Boston Market is perfect for busy families like my own. Sometimes my family wants quality, home style meals and sides, that I did not cook! I love the value and convenience, and the choices, and so do they!
My dinner at Boston Market was absolutely delicious. And I told the folks from the home office that it was much less expensive then I usually pay for prime rib, because it is usually at a wedding and I have to give a substantial gift! This prime rib was succulent and the dinner was fantastic. I cannot recommend this enough, you must try this and all they have to offer!
