My parents instilled in me at an early age the importance of family. Every holiday we went to one of my Aunt’s and Uncle’s house’s to celebrate. And then I married into a family with similar traditions, except that family is triple the size! As a parent, I now have the opportunity to raise him similarly, that family is most important, they are there for you forever. Our son is above with us dads, and both sets of grandparents!

This is just one part of the story, my mother-in-law is one of seven children, and Christmas Eve includes everyone, including my son’s 30 second cousins! Everyone lives close by, so he gets to grow up with both immediate family, and extended family, something I envy because there are multiple family members around his age, something that I did not have while growing up.

All our holiday gift purchases are accomplished at these stores with one visit, from clothes for the Aunts, to special Olive Oils for the cooks.! We have been saved many times thanks to these stores because we would shop on December 23rd!
