Moe’s Southwest Grill Freshens Our Mealtimes, Everytime! #MadeAtMoes @Moes_HQ

Welcome to Moe’s! I love a cheery greeting! My hubby and I were walking around our beautiful New York City and were excited to find Moe’s Southwest Grill, where we were headed to review their delicious food items. Something I have done before, and the food has remained consistently delicious!

Firstly, the staff could not have been nicer! We were thrilled with all the choices we had for our late lunch, and my hubby was especially excited to order the Stacks:

Served with your choice of protein, beans, shredded cheese, pico de gallo and Moe’s Famous Queso stacked between two crunchy corn shells wrapped in a grilled 12″ flour or whole-grain tortilla. Protein options include grass-fed steak, all-natural chicken, pork carnitas, 100% ground beef or organic tofu. 

At first glance I thought it was a smashed flat burrito, but then we saw them prepare it with two crunchy corn shells, my spouse loves crunch in his food! He is camera shy, so I modeled the Stacks. I may have tried it as well, but just for the purpose of being able to review the item. It was a huge hit with Peter, he can’t get enough starch in his meals, here he had double the starch with the tortilla and the corn shells. He was very happy!

I am watching my figure, so I forewent the starch, and then had a myriad of choices for my plate:

I absolutely love this process where I make my own meal without moving anything except my mouth! There are many great choices for you to make your individual meal: regular chicken, seasoned chicken (did you know that their chicken is grilled each hour? In fact, all proteins are grilled on a consistent production stream so they’re hot and ready as you order), ground beef, steak beef, in all, 20+ fresh and flavorful ingredients to customize your meal!  I know that Moe’s prepares fresh key ingredients in-house daily to provide quality you can count on, like the guacamole and salsa, two of my favorites.

I love the high quality ingredients that I know are going into my Moe’s meal, and I love that we can go out as a family of three and all order exactly what we want, without infringing on each other’s tastes or dietary restrictions.

I also love the salsa bar. I did eat a few chips, but only to use them a as spoon to eat as much salsa as possible. Did I mention that the chips (which are flash fried daily!) and salsa are unlimited?

I have a teenage son who loves going to Moe’s. He makes a point of telling me that he is picking his ingredients. He also knows I will let him eat all the chips he wants, because, I need company while I am devouring the various salsa choices.

Additionally, the salsa and guacamole are prepared from scratch. The folks at Moe’s are hard at work chopping, dicing, and mixing all day long. I know because I sneaked a peak from the kitchen door and saw them preparing these delicious accompaniments!
