Destiny is a “T” rated video game. It was one of the first “T” level games that I let my son own. Then Activision brilliantly kept adding chapters to the story, so I had to keep buying add-ons for my tween/teen!
The last adventure was just released, “Rise of Iron.” Another “must have” video game for the teen set, and something that my son has requested vigorously:
Destiny: Rise of Iron is the next highly anticipated expansion to the Destiny universe. It features an all new cinematic story campaign set within The Plaguelands, a brand new location on Earth. Under the command of Lord Saladin you will face a new faction of Fallen Devils, the Splicers, while unravelling the mystery of the Iron Lords. Rise of Iron features new weapons, armor, and gear, as well as a new cooperative three-player Strike, a new mode and maps for the Crucible competitive multiplayer, and an all new six-player cooperative Raid.
INCLUDES:
New Story Campaign & Quests
New Armor and Gear
New Weapons
New Raid
Maximum Light Increase
This is one of my holiday gift suggestions for those with teenagers. My son has been a fan of this franchise since it was first released, and it is something that he plays on Xbox One “Live” with his friends from school and camp. I happily recommend the games that he is a fan of, and this is his number one!

Destiny brings you into a bold world of action and adventure where you are a Guardian of the last safe city on Earth wielding incredible powers. Explore the ancient ruins of our solar system as you immerse yourself in a cinematic single-player campaign. Join up with friends in three or six player co-op activities. Spar with your fellow players in a variety of competitive multiplayer modes. Upgrade your character to create a powerful hero as unique as yourself. Become Legend.
