Wow, what if I could bake a dessert and roast a chicken at the same time? My son has been dying for me to bake lemon squares, I have the mix sitting on top of our refrigerator! And I am notorious for roasting chickens for dinner every week. I experiment with different sauces all the time, I would love to bake the lemon squares up top and roast a chicken down below with lemons inside the carcass! I puncture the lemons with a fork and the lemon essence squirts into the chickens’ cavity while it roasts. What a perfectly lemony meal! Don’t you love a theme for your family dinners?
Lastly, don’t you hate when you open your oven and there are splatters of food everywhere? And what’s worse is, if you don’t clean after every time you cook, it gets worse, exponentially! This oven sounds like a dream. We have two ovens in our kitchen but this one would be an upgrade thanks for the wonderful review.
I really like this oven – I never feel that I have enough room in mine to time a complete meal so this would be a delight.
