We need EpiPens for my son’s allergies at home, at school, at camp, in his backpack, and in our day bags when we go out on the weekends for our NYC adventures.
My co-pays have been going up steadily, and the last one for the EpiPen was $50. When you need to have 5 EpiPen packs on hand at any given time, that can be expensive, although not as costly as I have seen written about recently in the newspaper.
For years I have been writing about discountdrugs.com. Before I bought anything, prescription or non-prescription, I searched their site for a coupon. Then I smartened up and started googling for a coupon if one could not be found on their site! And the best part of this is the fact that drug coupons for prescription items are also for folks with insurance, I have been lowering my co-pays for years this way, oftentimes beating the price of my mail order pharmacy!
We use coupons for food and household items, why not for drugs? I began to collect EpiPens for free with the discount program that I found on the Internet over a year ago. Now these programs for EpiPens have been widely publicized, so remember, use your computer to find discounts for all drugs, prescription or not!
Thanks to Nancy for the pinnable pic!

My daughter is allergic to the cold, which is a huge problem when you live in Chicago. This will be hugely beneficial to us. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much, my daughter has to have them. It looks like her son is going to have to have them to. I will pass this on to her. It’s amazing how fast some of that stuff goes up. I have a script that is no longer covered and I was getting it with an exemption at $70./month, now it’s going to be $435./monthly. I have MC disability so they said I couldn’t use a discount card, but I’m going to find out. If they don’t pay, then I should be able to.
