This thing is awesome. I used to have to go to a physical therapist for this type of work on my overworked body. Now I can relax at home in front of the TV every single night and enjoy my Shiatsu massage all the time. Thank goodness my son is at camp so we don’t have to fight over thus until the Fall!

Lastly, I was just away on a luxury weekend trip for the blog. As part of the resort review I was provided with a full body massage. It was wonderful and relaxing. BUT, it was not the deep massage this new InstaShiatsu+ Neck and Back Massager provides, which I prefer. Also, the retail price of this at home massager is a little more than the cost of one massage at a spa, I would much rather spend the money on this and be able to get a massage at least once a day! I love the kneading feeling in my neck, and I love the deep work this provides on my lower back. I lift weights at least four times a week, and do the elliptical stair machine as well, so I have achy parts every day. And now I have relief from these aches every day!

    Long time subscriber. I am a Lung Cancer Survivor and am still recovering from procedures, my neck, back and shoulders are always sore by the end of the day, this would be a God Send to help relief pain, thanks for sharing the review and for the neat giveaway. Glad to know that this unit is helping you. I was considering getting a TENS Unit in addition to this, but hopefully this would be all I need.
