"Boston Market"

I recently attended an event at a local Boston Market and wanted to share the delicious news that I heard!

The rotisserie ovens haven’t changed at Boston Market. Nobody brought in a greasy oil fryer last night. Yet today Boston Market restaurants across the country will begin serving a new lineup of crispy chicken meals, salad bowls, wraps and sandwiches hand crafted for the hectic lunch crowd and to provide a delicious new option for dinner.

Boston Market Oven Crisp Chicken is a generous portion of boneless, all white chicken breast, seasoned and hand breaded with panko crumbs and baked for a crisp, golden crust. It’s a great new crunchy option to the rotisserie chicken Boston Market introduced to the fast casual restaurant category more than 30 years ago.

This is what I was served:

Absolutely delicious breaded chicken, hold the fatty, greasy, high calorie oil! And it was delicious and moist. An I should know, I am a chicken cutlet connoisseur! The vegetable option is also perfect, it included al my favorite veggies, the number one of which is zucchini. We also had several starchy choices, I had a tiny taste of them all, except for the macaroni and cheese which, while I only had one forkful, seemed to disappear.

And then I talked to Boston Market CEO George Michel, also known as The Big Chicken. And I lodged my complaint. I told him when I lived in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, there was a Boston Market around the corner and it was perfect for my hubby and I. I added that we now lived on the east side and there was not a Boston Market in sight! This is not suburbia where everything is a short ride away. So, no more Boston Market meals, and we had been big fans.

Then he brought out his cell phone and showed me a picture of the buildings in my development! He was in my area just the day before and sent a picture to his team to look into locations near me! It was like he was reading my mind! I was so excited that I made him my celebrity picture of the day!

    They have such a great Turkey I love the spices they put on them. My kids don’t like it so I never get to go there. So yes I now want to win it. 🙂 I follow by email newsletter.
