I received the Adobe Elements to review and was amazed at all the capabilities it has! “Capture the moment now. Perfect the photo or video later. It’s easy with Elements.” There are so many features that you can do almost anything to any of the many photos that you take!

Firstly, as I will illustrate later, the most remarkable tool within the Adobe Elements package is Adobe’s programmed ability to figure out the picture that you want! For example, I participated in a webinar and watched the editing of a photo of a boy in a pumpkin patch. With Adobe Elements, the editor was able to take out the figure of a person in the background. And then Adobe automatically filled in the rest of the pumpkin patch. That is brilliant!

To get started, after downloading all your wonderful new software, you input the photos you want into your Adobe software. Using some incredible facial recognition software, then you can automatically get your photos grouped by the person most prominent in the pictures! This was particular incredible for me as someone in one of my pictures ended up grouped with their half brother, this took me by surprise!

Pictures that are taken with devices that have auto GPS, for example your cell phone, will also download with their location added automatically. You can see where in the world you have been taking pictures.

You can spend hours editing your pictures and videos with the myriad of tools available in here! Here’s a great selfie example (not mine!):

And most importantly, there are many different help tools. First, the “Help” tab up top. Second, there are Tutorials and Forums all over the Internet, Youtube has many. Lastly, Adobe itself has many links to helpful articles and videos, and not just their own, they curate information from all over the Internet for you.
