The fifth grade play was about the American Revolution and American history through the Civil War. We all expected to enjoy the kids performance as we always do. But this time they blew us away. Their personalities, their acting, and also the scenery and props, literally blew all the parents away. What a thrill for the end of their elementary school career that these kids pulled off a very spectacular performance!
I remember when I was in school, I loved when we put on plays. I was always disappointed that my older children’s school didn’t put on plays, just a couple of concerts each year. Now that we are homeschooling the younger children they are involved in co-op and we put on a production every year. Such fun!
Looks like the 5th grade class’s play was awesome!
That’s amazing! So glad to hear they impressed the audience. Sounds like they worked really hard.
Cool! Looks like they did an awesome job! Way to go! 🙂

I love watching those school plays! Memories made 🙂
I love watching kids perform, they are so creative and can come up with so many things that are really not part of the play LOL… Per these picture they really had much fun.

Those are some very special moments.
Looks like they did a great job!
My kids recently had a play at their school too. All 3 of them participated, and I have to say its one of the best feelings as a parent: watching your child shine up there.
Bravoooo…I know exactly how it feels to see our kids standing there on the stage and perform beautifully :)..congratulations…
By the looks on the kids faces, they looked like they had a good time putting on the play. Plays are so much fun especially when our children are in them.
Isn’t it amazing what these little minds can accomplish! I went to everything my girls did now I’m going to try to be at everything my little grandsons do. The kiddos don’t regret your being there and neither will you.
This brings back a lot of memories–both of my son and myself when I was growing up. I cherish the memories of him growing up and miss them now that he’s 18. Thank you for sharing!
