I had the distinct pleasure on my last trip to Los Angeles of touring the facilities where my favorite artisinal jellies are made!

The Hell Fire Pepper Jelly is fantastic! I add it to my cheese plates and enjoy it on Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, and others! And of course, any hot item like this encourages the body to lose weight, so there is your second bonus! We had several Jenkins Jellies again later that evening at some famous LA restaurant, on the charcuterie plate, YUMMY!
