Before I became a blogger I traveled on vacation twice a year. Now that I am a blogger I have been traveling by plane over five times a year. I thought I was being tech savvy by downloading the apps for the various airlines that I use. Now I see I can get so much more on my phone and/or tablet with my TripIt app!

At a recent event I heard about this product for the first time. Turns out many of the other bloggers there had been using the free version of this app. I am excited to have a year to use the Pro version, especially since I am headed to Los Angeles on my next business trip in less than three weeks!

Gate changes, flight details, delays: all are accessible through this app. And now it is available for Google Glass, I can’t believe how far technology has come, you know soon these will soon become as ubiquitous as cell phones now are!

Lastly, with TripIt pro I am able to track all my frequent flyer programs. I cannot tell you how much trouble this will save me, I have many frequent flyer accounts, all with different amounts of miles. I am looking forward to managing those more easily so I can get some free trips and/or upgrades!
