With Black Friday just around the corner, I wanted to let you know about a fun program Lowe’s is working on. This season, Lowe’s is helping customers plan and prepare for Black Friday, while also making the wait until the big day FUN! On Oct. 26, they launched the Black Friday Deal Reveal on the Lowe’s Pinterest page. The board was populated with silhouettes of 24 items that will be available at Lowe’s on Black Friday for a great value. Starting now, full images of those products began being unveiled and final pricing will be revealed on the board Nov. 4.
This deal reveal on Pinterest is a fun way to allow customers to get a sneak peak of their best Black Friday deals without scouring the Internet for leaks. And while some of the silhouettes were more obvious than others, people are having fun guessing what the more obscure items are (while toy rockets, transformers and puppies are great gifts, they are not likely correct guesses!).

We do not have a Lowe’s in Manhattan, but as you all know, my son and spouse stay with the in-laws one weekend a month in Staten Island. Almost every single time they visit the Lowe’s in their neighborhood, and I never know what project my son is going to bring home! Meanwhile, I love that my spouse is the Mr. Handy Man with all the Lowe’s items at my in-laws house! I just wish I could get him to do that in our apartment!

Lowes is one of those stores that I walk into with my husband not with anything on my list and I always come out with $100 worth of stuff for my own “projects.” Right now I need to get a new fire grate for our upstairs fireplace…guess where I’m going?!?!
