When I found out that one of my fellow food Ambassadors had written a book, I told her she must send one to me immediately so i could share this information with you folks!
I love the idea that she came at desserts from another perspective, and while it may not be new information, preparing desserts for home use in a jar is not anything I have heard of here in NYC, but I love the idea! Instead of canning, you can ship me a big, delicious dessert in a jar, instead of something pickled which is usually what I get in a jar!
From Neapolitan cakes in a jar, to pumpkin cheesecakes, to a mini ice cream cake in a jar, I am starving at the thought! Each page describes more and more deliciousness. I love my desserts!
This is a great dessert book for your home library, and would also make a fabulous holiday gift this year! For more information check out the book at Desserts in Jars!
And look below to meet my friend Shaina! I am thrilled to be able to share this, you can also check out her blog at foodformyfamily.com!
Disclosure: I received the book for review. All opinions are 100% honest and my own!
