In November of last year I was invited onto the set of Delivery Man, filming just up the block from my home. Well, 2 miles up, but in NYC that is considered just around the corner! In anticipation of my press junket to LA to continue my coverage of the movie I wanted to share my work thus far. And also add that I previewed the movie at Blogher13 in Chicago and thought it was fantastic.
A middle-aged man’s life is turned upside down when he learns he has fathered 533 children through sperm donations he had made 20 years earlier. When over a hundred of the children file a lawsuit need to meet their sperm donor father, he must decide whether or not he will step up and reveal his identity. Throw in an ex girlfriend who is also pregnant with his child, who better than Vince Vaughn could pull this all off! My write up of our group interview with Vince Vaughn is here.
This was our group shot with Cobie Smulders from How I Met Your Mother and The Avengers. A few of us in this picture are getting to continue the fun with more interviews in LA next month! Here is some of our chat with Miss Smulders.
Lastly, we spoke with Director Ken Scott here. He had just done this movie in Canada. He felt the story would translate well for the American market and I have to agree.
