Best friends Max (Kat Dennings) and Caroline (Beth Behrs) are still waiting tables in Brooklyn, but the future looks bright for their start-up business venture. There’s a boost from a famous television personality’s review of Max’s cupcakes, a lucky break in real estate, and a surprise influx of cash, resulting in the grand opening of Max’s Homemade Cupcakes! But success doesn’t happen overnight. There are rat droppings to be dealt with. Plus ex-boyfriends and a new flame. Not to mention long nights packing a pastry gun. And that eviction notice. The 4900 Facebook friends I have all know I love this show, they have seen me write about it almost weekly.
And I remember when it first came on the air 2 years ago, my son said eww, he didn’t want to see a show about 2 girls. It was right before bedtime when he is allowed to watch TV in our room. After a few minutes he was as hooked as we were. Of course that has since changed since the show got a little racier!
Yes, it has gotten racier in this wonderful Season 2! I am completely hooked on this show, and this is not secret information, the reviews the shows gets are terrific because it is hysterical! I particularly liked the episode where the girls were upstate at a cabin and stumbled upon 2 bears. 2 gay guy bears, just like me and my hubby!
This DVD collection also contains deleted scenes and gag reels, stuff that I love to watch.
And Sophie. I have been a huge admirer of Jennifer Coolidge since I first saw her in Legally Blonde! She is more hysterical than ever, I was thrilled when she joined the cast.
I was so happy when I received this in the mail last week, this is a show that I can watch over and over again, and now I can!

This is a really funny show- my husband does not get the humor but a lot of my friends watch because I was so hooked on it!
