Wow, that’s a lot of Post-it notes!
I was at a similar event 2 years ago and I have to say, in the 2 years that my son has gone from 2nd grade to 4th grade, these products are all the more important in my life. I had many leftover samples from that event that I brought in to my son’s teacher this past September and he was thrilled! Every shape and size, every imaginable use, even fun post-it dispensers that are gift worthy:
As you have already read, my son is in a production of Guys & Dolls, and he has supplies of Post-it notes of all sizes in his desk. After one home rehearsal with my spouse I saw his script with the thin post-its, with stage notes, all over the book. At least it showed me he was engaged in the project!
And creative! My son has always showed an artistic side, he absolutely loves art class in school, and I leave him supplies in a few draws in the living room for any projects he may want to start. Which brings us to the sister brand at the event, Scotch Brand.
This is usually how I shop for him at Costco:
Yes, that is half of my home supply. He makes animals, weapons, and a myriad of other items with just paper and scotch tape. This is how I know the name brand is the best, trust me I have tried to save money and bought the cheaper brands, they do not work as well.
It was also a thrill at the event to meet the expert in the Scotch Brand field, Alton Dulaney:
He did several walls in the room with taped designs, my son would be so inspired!
And of course, tape cute enough to give as a gift:
I was given a gift bag that I am looking forward to sharing with my son’s teacher next year, I know they will be thrilled with all the different forms that post-its and scotch brand tapes come in these days, I wouldn’t be surprised if pop up shops opened with these products, you could easily do thousands or more art projects, and I didn’t even cover the practical uses of their products!
For more information please visit Post-it.com and Scotch Brand. You will be thrilled with what you see!
Disclosure: I received a gift bag for attending the event. No other compensation was received. All opinions are 100% my own and honest.

One of the reasons I miss my classroom is all of the fun post-it and scotch tape items I had on my desk. Yes, I was one of those teachers that loved back to school shopping.
