Jennifer Lee, who was the co-screenwriter of WRECK-IT RALPH, has joined Director Chris Buck at the Helm of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ 53rd Full-Length Animated Feature, FROZEN!
Featuring the voices of Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel, “Frozen” is the coolest comedy-adventure ever to hit the big screen. When a prophecy traps a kingdom in eternal winter, Anna, a fearless optimist, teams up with extreme mountain man Kristoff and his sidekick reindeer Sven on an epic journey to find Anna’s sister Elsa, the Snow Queen, and put an end to her icy spell. Encountering mystical trolls, a funny snowman named Olaf, Everest-like extremes and magic at every turn, Anna and Kristoff battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom from destruction.
FROZEN will be released in theaters everywhere on November 27, 2013!
Do you remember when I intimated this information in one of my Wreck-It Ralph posts when I said they were starting to decorate the halls with “cold” items! I have seen the process of making a Disney animated movie, the time and effort and detail is phenomenal, I can’t wait to see Frozen!

I read that this originally was going to be an adaptation of “The Snow Queen”. If they’re smart, they’ll shell out the licensing fees and use Madonna’s “Frozen” in their commercials.
