The Breakfast Project wants to help more Americans enjoy breakfast at home and be sure to set the table with milk. The goal is to makeover America’s mornings so families can have a more nourishing and delicious start – which can have a powerful impact on the rest of their day, and even their lives.
Do you drink enough milk? Do you make sure your kids have a great breakfast in the morning? In my house it is a constant struggle as my son loves to sleep in on school days (he is up bright and early on the weekends, how does he know the difference!). There is usually no time for breakfast, and he is not hungry when he wakes up. I try to get a breakfast bar and or juice/milk into him before school, but I am not always successful.

I try to make sure my daughter has a little something to eat every morning on the way to school because I know she will not always eat breakfast when she gets there. I know it is an important meal of the day, so I don’t want her to miss out and feel sluggish. This is a good campaign!

I try and eat a bowl of cereal every morning to make sure I get milk daily.
