I made this recipe for my spouse, who, while he cannot ever give me a compliment (it’s been 20 years of marriage after all!), his mother actually brought up that he said this was a great dish. My mother-in-law is an expert cook and she asked me for this recipe – this is something that has never happened! She also couldn’t believe how simple it is to make, she kept asking if she needed to roll it (like rollatini), fry it, cover all sides, etc. I explained that the point is this is a super simple and quick dish that comes out delicious! Note – I am still in shock that anybody complimented my cooking – thank-you Hellmann’s!
My fellow Hellmann’s Real Foodie, Jackie, and I will show you how to make this delicious dish:

I LOVE it! Great job, Mitch. I love the idea of using the thinner cutlet, and I’m thinking of slicing the finished cutlet and serving over the salad.
