The movie just came out and the reviews are great! I was worried that they might be over exposing these poor little chipmunks, but they are not, and this Kinect experience proves it.

To unlock harder levels you have to do several routines on land. Then you get to the harder routines in the cruise ship. What a laugh riot. I have to admit the Xbox 360 with Kinect is a new experience for us, and we are all loving it. And the Chipmunks are a great way to experience this console with!

-Perform 50 different dance moves by following the moves on the screen in time to the beat; the closer to the beat you perform the move, the more points you will earn.

-Hear your voice ‘Alvin-ized’ during your on-stage performance using the built-in microphones of the Kinect Sensor for Xbox 360.
-Perform fantastic finishing moves to increase your score by filling up your “Munk Power” meter.
-Customize your characters choosing across four categories including shirts, hats, glasses and bling.
-Journey around the world on a cruise ship visiting six tropical locations inspired by the movie including: Jungle, Docks, Cabin, Jungle Tree House, Tiki Club and International Music Award Stage.
-Experience the movie in Story Mode where stages are inspired by the film with short cut scenes.
-Jump right into the action and play any song in Freeplay Mode.
-Earn instant feedback after good performances with special effects including fireworks and dancing fish.
-Team up with a friend and have a dance party to earn the highest score in two player co-op mode.
-Earn different types of trophies based on your performance and put them on display.

I have seen the previews for ths movie & I must say it’s adorable & made me want to dance! If this is how it makes me feel I can’t wait to see it with my grandchildren. My four year old grandson has just discovered the XBOX and this looks age appropriate for him! Thanks.
