My fitness journey continues with Week 2:
Diary:
Week 2, Day 1:
Tried the toning as you can see form the above video, tougher than I thought.
Days 2&3, Away for the Weekend, no Kinect!
But I did watch what I ate as I feel committed.
Day 4:
Had to struggle with a house of complaining family members, only fit in 50 calories, starting to feel I need to recommit!
Day 5:
Trying to hit 100 calories and work up from there, trying all the different offerings on the video, focusing on toning my various body parts, feeling like it will take a lifetime!
Day 6:
Hit 120 calories.
Day 7:
Weighed in and showed a loss of 1 1/2 pounds. I have been on enough diets in my life to understand that slow and steady is the most productive way to go. I used to think you had to take the weight off fast, but that never stays off. I am thrilled with 1 1/2 pounds in 1 week. Again, I am also watching what I eat in addition to working out with this video.
As you can see in the video I did not have weights to use for Week 2: Toning, but for me it is the movements that are important. The lunging all the way to the floor is not happening as you can see!

Any lost is a great lost!! It can be done, I lost 95lbs with Wii Fit Plus and this actually looks much more involved. You can and are doing it! 🙂

Keep Up the Good work! I would like to try this game. I love hula hooping on the wiifit and it worked for me- but lately ive been slacking
