Now you know why wheels are round!
We were afraid if the winds got any stronger we would end up in the Land of Oz!
We have been fans of the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ for many years. I remember going there with my spouse when my niece and nephews were young – it was not fun using public transportation in those days, there was no direct route. But that’s what we did to see the kiddies!
We first introduced my son to this emporium of fun when he was little and have bee attending annually ever since. It is a great way to spend the day when you have to be indoors, there are so many hands on activities!
Here we were studying pH factors in various substances, you see a Jr. and Sr. scientist!
And we ended the afternoon by watching the staff make ice cream – using all the ingredients we know and love: milk, cream, sugar, vanila, and the guest of honor – Liquid Nitrogen!
Guess who sampled 2 portions!
For more info check out their website here.
And follow them on Facebook and Twitter!
Disclosure: Our entrance to the Liberty Science Center was free as we have a media pass. All opinions expressed are 100% honest and our own. We have been going for years on our own!
