Hellmann’s Mayonnaise Celebrity Chicken Challenge!

For so many moms/dads, back-to-school season means back to the same old dinner routines. We have a handful of go-to recipes and we rely on them to carry us through, week-in and week-out. Well, things are about to change! Hellmann’s is on a mission to help break you out of your dinner menu monotony! No more chicken nuggets 5 nights a week!

I attended the Hellmann’s Chicken Challenge the other day to illustrate how Hellmann’s is not just for sandwiches, but also is great for some chicken recipes for fast meals in the oven. My favorite type of event, we got to taste 3 different dishes cooked by the celebrities you can see below. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken was the winner and I have posted the recipe below:

INGREDIENTS
•1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
•1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
•4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
•4 tsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 425°.
2.Combine Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with cheese in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
3.Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

This was my favorite as the other recipes called for either chipotle or barbecue sauce, I am not huge fans of either. If you are, please go to Hellmann’s Facebook page or their website for the other recipes. There are also weekly recipes showcased on the Facebook page showcased in video format.

I am going to send in my favorite recipe that calls for Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, it is a side dish, not a main course, but goes great with a chicken main course. Broccoli Souffle! The recipe is from my mom and is delicious! That’s why she called dibs on the container of Hellmann’s I received this week.
