As a major worldwide wool producer Giesswein combines innovation and tradition, trend and timeless designs, romance and folklore. Thanks to several technical innovations they aim at continuously developing their product range. That’s how they distinguish themselves.
I personally need to be reminded that we should take our shoes off at the door. After a day of walking in NYC I shudder to think what we trail in on our feet. I always walk around with something on my feet but not until I have traipsed across the apartment into the bedroom to change my footwear.
Of course a company that produces awesome slippers is going to remind me to take my footwear off at the door and switch into their comfortable foot coverings. I loved how they reminded us that sheep carry their woolly coat around all year and don’t seem to spend the summers sweating . That’s how we realized that wool, when it is the real thing and a high quality, does not over heat in the summer. These wool slippers are perfect for year round and felt so soft and comfortable!

Did you know that Zappos sold clothes? Didn’t we just think of them as a huge on-line shoe store? Well, the truth is out and must be told. I had an opportunity to see their back to school offerings and they were adorable.

MadPax makes the coolest backpacks. This was the gift bag that we received (not empty of course!). My son loved the spiky design:
“Expect rock star status with the original design from MadPax. Where form meets function, kids of all ages can avoid anonymity with a style that says they are one-of-a-kind.”
Check out the website for all their offerings and order quickly for back to school coolness!

Disclosure: I received a gift bag for attending the event.
We love having you at all our events!
The slippers look so comfy. We take off our shoes in the house, too. Agree about the Ugh factor when it comes to whats on the soles of your shoes. Also, it’s just an Asian tradition to remove your shoes in the home. Sure makes for cleaner floors!
I love those slippers i m definitely going to look into those. Ita funny how i hae never thought of wool as being “cool” to wear but you are right about the sheep
