I guess they think that all the gays like Judy Garland, that’s why “they” copied AA and instead of Friends of Bill as a reference for Alcoholics, they use Friends of Dorothy as a reference for Gay people!

my kids are in a particarly obsessive wizard of oz stage right now, i should definitely take them to the CMOM and maybe give them some pop culture “friend of dorothy” education on the way, to which they’ll probably say “yeah, mom, we know”
