Demonstrations abounded at the Chocolate Show in New York last week.
Famous chefs and cooks and authors were everywhere, signing books and signing autographs. Chocolate cooking demonstrations were scheduled all day long for 4 days in 2 separate cooking stations.
This was some serious stuff, all the best chocolate makers were here, sharing their knowledge of this magical substance with us mere mortals.
It was a privilege to be able to attend and sample some great products.
I knew Godiva was not Queen anymore, but there was so much more here, some of the finest chocolates in the world.

I brought 12 disguises, I went back dozens of times
Eating, sampling, giggling from the cacao and sugar.
Wow.
This is just one example of the luscious, delicious samples offered to us lucky chocoholics.
And then I drank 2 Bustelo espressos!
I couldn’t choose between the hot beverage and the refrigerated drink, so I had both.
Yes, I was flying high from a most excellent combination of sugar, caffeine, and the world’s finest cacao!
It was a real zoo at the chocolate show!

These 3 chocolate dresses were on display, they are not for the next Grammy award show, and they are not for husbands to eat either! Stop being fresh!
This is just to advertise the versatility of cacao.
