The top pic is from the game BeyBlade. I am the 51 year old dad of a 7 1/2 year old boy, and I barely have a clue as to what is going on, yet he seems to know every toy available and when they were released. I cannot even try to keep up. He knew right away this was a game he had to have.
I thought nothing of it until this afternoon when we were in the playground and 3 other boys had theirs and we had to run home to get ourBeyBlade tops so as to prevent what was looking to be an unpleasant situation. I don’t know where these things came from, but I am glad I was coerced into buying them, I would hate for my son to ever be left out (thanks goodness he is not spoiled!).
In addition to the actual toys and cartoons on TV, there are video BeyBlade games. We received the above 2 BeyBlade videos to review (disclosure) and it is more fun because we have the games. My son loves the Wii game, every time he advances to the next level he feels a great sense of accomplishment, and my job is to keep those positive vibes going. And to have a video game that relates so closely to the real life game version is a lot of fun! And the Wii game also includes exclusive content from the BeyBlade animated series!
