I attended a super fun party Thursday afternoon with my son to celebrate Strawberry Shortcake’s 30th Anniversary. “Hard to believe it’s been 30 years since Strawberry Shortcake arrived on the scene with her trademark strawberry-scented toys, TV specials, and wide array of products.”
A billion dollar brand, she also now appears on the new kids channel, HUB. Luckily we just found our cable carrier does carry that channel, more on why that is important to my son, later!
The event was held at Alice’s Tea Cup Chapter 2 156 E 64th St, NYC. What a great space! Super charming and of course the food was great!!

Other characters were at the party, and one of the other shows that’s new to Hub from this same great organization is Twisted Whiskers, and when you see the website, you will see how I was able to keep my 7 1/2 year old son very interested in the event! This was his cup of tea!
I think the second picture makes it clearer why a boy would get excited about this new show!
