The scallop/risotto dish was delicious. Almost enough to fill up this 220 pound man! There were a lot of vegetables and a delicious sauce that even my son didn’t complain about eating veggies- that’s the review in a nut shell – the 7 year old’s opinion!
The brisket was also delicious (seemed like higher quality meat than found in most frozen meals) but to be honest I did not love the kale that came with it. That just means I have to try their other offerings. These meals do make for a delicious convenience and a better alternative than the pizza we had last night. They are lower in fat, salt, and calories than many other meals and more gourmet like in their demeanor. That is important to us in this home. I suggest everyone try them and see if they aren’t the most convenient meal!

I agree with your brisket assessment; I loved the brisket with the beans and the cornbread: so good!! the kale was ok, but I am the wrong person to ask as I am not a huge fan of kale anyway. Have you tried the mac and cheese? It is one of my favorites

I loved how tender the meat was… yum! I didn’t get to try the kale however, since SOMEONE (*cough* hubby) didn’t offer me a bite of that. 😉 The rest was delish tho!
