I need to show this to our ducks and explain what could happen if they continue flying away 🙂 as it is one of the four never made it home after it’s maiden flight.

U and me both. When I was 12 we would go there on weekends cuz it was my favorite place. The street vendors would grab my arm and they had this plastic hammer that would squeek. They’d tap my are and shout “Vun dollar, vun dollar”I was there a few years ago. It hasn’t changed much, but now they say 5 dollar, five dollar!Oh how I miss my Canal street/ Bowery, I wouldn’t change it for all this FL heat!MP

I can just smell the food. I can just taste it too. Ah, to live closer than 100 miles to the nearest Chinatown. Let’s see, if I take off now, I’d get there by dinner time….This and That. Here and There. Now, Sometimes Then.

Yeah, shopping on Canal Street is so much fun – anytime I have out-of-town guests we always hit it up! They love it (esp. the knock off stuff 🙂
