LUCHA LIBRA: HEROES DEL RING is a new title coming in October from Konami for the platforms PS3 and Xbox 360.
My son and I got to preview the Xbox version at the Video introduction event that Konami threw for the media. I am the camp counselor for the next 2 weeks so any blog events have to include my son. This event was perfect for this tag-team: my son is the player and I am the purchaser of all things video.
So here’s the thing – this was no tag team, My son, also known as Ray Mysterio, spent his time on this game beating up his dad, otherwise seen below as one of those overweight over the hill wrestlers that are 1 hour from retirement. He thoroughly enjoyed this game!
This game is a fresh, new approach to the wrestling video game genre. They use original Lucha Libre sportscasting, and here are some of the other features as listed on the Konami web site:
