I wrote about my son’s birthday gift of a Power Miners Lego set last week. What I didn’t say was that some pieces were missing. I emailed Legos and in less than a week the above package arrived. That was the best case of customer service I have ever seen. He is the smaller fellow on the right. The Rock Monster on the left was a special birthday request fulfilled by my sister this past weekend. We love Aunt Wendye!
Legos does not know we are one of their best customers. Shopaholics who have every set made for 5,6,7 year olds. And, every Bionicles by Lego as well. I am just some random emailer as far as they are concerned. And in this day and age, who is going to blankedly believe someone that they need certain lego pieces? I could be a Lego thief. In a great customer service decision, probably because I ad enough valid information, 1 quick email on their web site and in less than 1 week’s time, a little package with the exact pieces we were missing was delivered.
Kudos to Legos for great service!

On another note, major deal I must share with you and your fanbase!
Shoprite had their Sorrento string cheese on Sale this week. I brought the lowfat string cheese on sale for $3.99 and the cheddar string cheese on sale for $1.49. I had a catalina coupon for $3.00 off two packages. I paid $2.48 for both packages. I got a bonus by finding on one of the Sorrento packages a mail-in rebate coupon of $5.00 for purchasing two packages. So in the end, Sorrento paid me $2.52 to buy their cheese. Spectacular business Sorrento!!!! I like your thinking. Let’s see if other food companies jump on this bandwagon.
