My son just moved into the next size shoe a little over a month ago. I keep a supply on hand when I find a good sale. When he was younger I hated to pay too much for shoes that would be outgrown in such a short time.
My preferred brand used to be Naturino purchased at deep discount from Daffy’s. Snotty shopper that I am, when I found out Geox was Italian made, I agreed to try a pair. They have great lasting power! These sneakers do not get destroyed by my rough and tumble son as easily as any other shoe that I have tried. And while I will only buy this expensive brand on sale, they don’t have to be too deeply discounted for me to invest in the sneaker that doesn’t fail!
I have to admit, when he started wearing these new sneakers at his first T-Ball game, the mud covering on the beautiful, soft, black pair, was quite upsetting to this fashion dad!
