I made a nice pork loin for dinner. Just some teriyaki sauce and bake for 55 minutes at 350. Naturally it was too veiny for crabby, I mean my spouse. I can never do right by him, I have to sneak his mother in here to cook. Even then he won’t like it unless he sees her doing the cooking!
The tortellone alla panna was creamy, the salad was fresh, what more do you want from me!
My son had it his way. Tuesdays is Hebrew School so the guilt of the 2 hours of extra academia nets him quite a lot of treats, Dunkin Donuts, a new Game Boy cartridge (they are so old they are very inexpensive, some excuse for the excess!), and a have it your way sub at Subway. My son falls for every commercial. At least its whole wheat bread and this way he eats tomato and lettuce – or am I just rationalizing here?
Me, I deserve nothing, I eat whatever crumbs fall on the floor, I am a natural martyr!
