Here I am again at my favorite Children’s Place store in Union Square in Manhattan. I am happy to write about this store as often as Children’s Place asks me to go shopping there, courtesy of them!
This has been my home base store for so long, the staff knows me. I make sure my PR friends see this, because if I am your loyal customer, I will let you know. That’s why this is such an easy recommendation for me. As I will write about later, being asked to blog about companies and brands that we already use, is easy, mostly because I keep this blog honest when it comes to my opinions.
My son has been growing out of his clothes annually. Can someone tell me when this stops? We took 2 “vacation” trips in April and thankfully I was able to find the next larger size bathing suit for my son. This shopping trip I added to his wardrobe with the skull and bones motif bathing suits you see below, if he is not wearing “camo,” this is his next favorite look!
It is not my choice that my son wants to wear Darth Vader. But I have to support him. As long as he never chooses the dark side for real!
Angry birds, after all they are ubiquitous. The t-shirt selection this Children’s Place trip was perfect for my son’s style.
And some more shorts. This is the largest size that Children’s Place sells and I think I am going to be able to get 2 summers out of this. I always buy a few extra pair for the warmer days of the beginning of school, I never know how many shorts my son is going to destroy in camp. This is not a reflection of the quality of the pant, my son is a rough and tumble kind of guy!
Lastly, I was thrilled too meet a representative from the Children’s Place on my most recent trip. I asked them to add size 16 to their pants/shorts sizes, I do not know what I am going to do when my son outgrows this store!
Thank-you again Children’s Place
You can shop online at Children’s Place here. I also get email updates, so please sign up and any current coupons will be emailed to you. I am also in their birthday club!
Disclosure: I received a gift card to shop at Children’s Place. I was not required to write about the experience. All opinions are 100% my own and honest.
